Important to Read: Unboxing Video Requirement for Exchanges:

  • To facilitate a smooth exchange process and prevent fraudulent claims, we require an unboxing video for all exchange requests related to theft, missing items, or product damage.
  • The video should clearly capture the entire process of opening the package, including the condition of the packaging and its contents. Please ensure the video is continuous, uninterrupted, and clearly shows the product and its packaging.
  • We regrettably cannot process exchange requests for theft, missing items, or product damage without a valid unboxing video.

General Policy:

  • We do not offer returns on products once sold, unless the items are damaged or defective.
  • No Refunds: As a small business in India, we operate with tight margins and unfortunately, The Deso Project does not offer refunds on any purchases made through our website. This decision helps us maintain competitive prices and continue offering the best value to our customers.

Exceptions:

  • We understand that mistakes happen. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item due to our error, we will gladly arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to report any discrepancies.
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that show signs of wear and tear, misuse, or alterations.
  • We are unable to accept exchange for products that have been used in any way.
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Gift Cards and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  • Sale items and discounted products are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

  • If your return is accepted, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
